Since Sucracorp is still there, including the Leviathan's poison in the food. Sam has no choice but to fight the remaining Leviathans and their plan on his own. So he goes all terrorist, destroying the sucracorp plant and storage facilities, trying to destroy as much of the poisoned food as possible before it's spread amongst the public.

The cops go after him of course.

Anyway, would love to see him teaming up with others who know the truth and starting a guerrilla campaign against sucracorp and what's left of Roman enterprises now that Dick's gone.

And of course when Dean and Cas finally gets out of Purgatory they find that Sam is public enemy nr one. Dean isn't sure if he should be proud as hell of his little brother, or pissed off about the trouble Sam's gotten himself into. Either way, he has to find him first.
