*Falls Over Laughing* Poetic Justice, how I love you!
This is a find example of 'You reap what you sow'. A major in the United States Army Reserves sued the Army to get out of going to Afghanistan by claiming that Barack Obama isn't a natural born citizen (a prerequisite to becoming president) and therefore ineligible to becoming president and therefore isn't the Commander-In-Chief and can't send him to Afghanistan. Never mind that President Obama was born in the United States, his mother was an American citizen, therefore, he is a natural born citizen!
But it gets better, since this gentleman was a volunteer and had volunteered to go to Afghanistan, the Army simply said 'Fine, you don't wanna go, we won't make you go, but you're gonna pay for it.' It turns out that this gentleman was a systems analyst for a Pentagon contractor and the Pentagon said that since he'd sued the army, he wasn't going to be allowed on Pentagon grounds. In essence, he lost his job. *LOL* He deserves it and I hope he's proud of himself.
