So, I've decided to lose weight and part of my weight loss plan is to cut back on my driving and either walk or ride my bicycle to the places I tend to go to the most and save the car for long trips or bad weather. I've also subscribed to the 10,000 steps a day thing to help me lose weight, except for the fact that I totally missed the part where you work up to 10,000 steps. I walked almost 6 miles today, over 10,000 steps today, my thighs are so sore, I can't hardly walk. I'm going to fix something to eat, take an Aleve and pass out for the night.
