This is not a fun way to start Christmas

Apparently my mother is having an allergic reaction to something that was on her chicken club sandwich from Wendy's because she started breaking out in hives tonight as we were celebrating Christmas with her family. It got so bad, we had to leave early so she could take something with anti-histamine. We're hoping it dies down by tomorrow. I'm tired and don't really want to do all the cooking I'm going to have to do but since mom isn't feeling well, I don't have a choice.

Here's wishing every one a Merry Christmas, however it is said in your part of the planet. And if you don't celebrate Christmas: Happy Holidays!

I hope your mom gets better. I'm glad I'm not the only one who eats fast food for Christmas. Although, I eat at Burger King.

Actually, we know it wasn't the fast food, turns out my mother has developed an allergy to pecans (she ate some Christmas candy I'd made that had pecans in them) Thanks for replying
